Contemporary installation art constantly evolves with new materials and methods. This project aligns with our residency theme and draws on my personal work with natural dyeing. The concept stems from traditional maritime sails that relied on wind power to travel. Today, mechanical engines have replaced fabric sails. Here, the fabric size on the "hull" and the internal wind force are calibrated directly to the installation’s scale.

The river's flow and wind movement activate the setup, breathing life into it and connecting the water to the "fleet." This integrates the artwork with the surroundings, creating an immersive natural landscape. Since the Industrial Revolution, our move away from natural energy has led to crises like global warming. This piece stresses using natural resources responsibly and honoring natural laws. If we continue prioritizing human demand over nature, ecological collapse will expose our civilization to severe disasters. Keeping a balance between humanity and nature remains critical.

Through this performance, my body becomes part of the environment. Just like any other object floating with the natural law, my body simply moves along with the flow of the water, experiencing its natural rhythm and state of movement.
